RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Covet Envy does not accept returns or exchanges on polygel, nail products, tools, or other items once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order, including product colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Because Covet Envy products may begin processing shortly after an order is placed, order cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
