I am not responsible for delayed shipping inconveniences by USPS or any shipping carrier. Guarantees on shipping times are made by the shipping carrier, not Covet Envy. If your order is returned to me from the shipping carrier, I am under no obligation to refund shipping charges! If your order is in possession of the shipping carrier and you are having any issues with your delivery please contact the shipping carrier to resolve your issue.

Refund Policy -

• Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted due to sanitary conditions. Please make sure that your order is correct before checking out your purchase! Our polygel is custom and made by order.

Processing Policy -

• Processing will take around 2 to 7 business days! Processing time is used for me and my team to spend preparing your order for you.  All Polygel is custom made to each order so please have patience! This time includes making your custom Polygel color and packaging it!
